Punith runs a balloon decoration business, and before this, stock was tracked by hand — balloons, covers, sheets, all converted into finished products through manual counting. As orders grew, nobody really knew how much raw material was left or where the numbers stopped adding up.

I built a Bill of Materials engine that actually understands the relationship between the raw materials — balloons per cover, covers per sheet, balloons per packet — so the system calculates usage automatically the moment stock gets issued, and it never lets output exceed what's actually available. I added mobile-first barcode and QR scanning so the team can update stock right from the shop floor, a full history log so nothing gets lost, POS-style billing, WhatsApp alerts when something's about to run out, and separate access levels for the owner, admins, and staff.

Now Punith has one place that tells him exactly what's in stock and what staff have done with it — no more guessing.

Lakshya needed a way for multiple people to manage stock without stepping on each other's updates, but enterprise inventory tools were overkill for the size of the business.

I built a multi-user system with barcode and QR scanning for instant stock lookups, CSV import and export so the existing spreadsheets could move over in minutes, and clean per-product stock tracking with a proper audit trail. Since most of the day-to-day happens on the shop floor, I made sure the whole thing works smoothly from a phone, not just a desktop.

The result: Lakshya's team now has the kind of visibility you'd expect from expensive enterprise software, built and running in a fraction of the time and cost.

Pakshal was organizing a sports event with both team and individual games, and running it through spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups was turning into a full-time job on its own.

I built a system that handles player registration with automatic ID generation, supports both team and individual formats, gives admins full control over live scoring with a flexible point system, and shows a public scoreboard so players and spectators can follow the action in real time — no more asking the organizers what the score is.

Pakshal could run the entire event — sign-ups through live results — from one screen, and everyone else just watched the scoreboard update live.
